Alison Bonhomme 

Alison holds a Master of Applied Positive Psychology (First Class Honours) from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Science (Health Sciences, Health & Safety), a Graduate Certificate (Theology) and Cert IV (Training & Assessment). She is also PERMAH Tool certified and a Neurofit certified trainer.

Alison has extensive experience as a senior Workplace Health & Safety practitioner and manager within some of Australia's largest corporations. She was responsible for leading change at the C-Suite level, creating safety management systems for large, complex, multi-nationals, conducting gap analyses and audits, development of large-scale training programs, gaining and maintaining self-insurance status and ensuring legislative compliance in respect to WHS legislation.

Additionally, she has worked in the not-for-profit sector serving faith-based organisations, community groups and charities for more than a decade including board roles.
